This Impact Report for MANA de San Diego is an 8-year snapshot of their signature programs, focused on the most recent period of their long history in San Diego. More than an annual report or one focused on just the numbers of people served, this report highlights the true changes made in the lives of program participants and places those outcomes in the context of the larger community to demonstrate the tangible impact of these programs. This report was a culmination of program evaluation and community research carried out in partnership with the staff team, who was involved in thoughtful conversations regarding program goals and outcomes along the way. In addition to the deep partnership with staff and organization stakeholders, this report was supported by partnerships with the County of San Diego Community Health Statistics Unit and Jason Cardenas Graphic Design.
